  • Edible pearls or sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • If using gelatin, dissolve gelatin in cold water, let sit for 5 minutes, then microwave for 10 seconds to dissolve. Stir into the cheesecake filling.

3. Create the Pisces Swirl (Optional)

  • Divide a portion of the cheesecake filling into a separate bowl and tint it with purple gel food coloring.
  • Pour the white cheesecake mixture into the chilled crust.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the purple mixture on top, then swirl gently with a toothpick for a celestial effect.

4. Chill & Set

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight) to set completely.

5. Decorate & Serve
