Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes (diced and boiled)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup pickles (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Prepare the Dressing – In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, pickles, and green onions.
  4. Mix & Chill – Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and stir gently. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
