- 2 Peppermint Crisp bars, crushed
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until thick and smooth.
Step 2: Assemble the Tart
- Pour the lemon mixture into the baked tart shell, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Peppermint Crisp over the top.
Step 3: Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the remaining Peppermint Crisp over the tart for extra crunch.
