Instructions

  1. Slice mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the creamy mixture into each pepper half.
  4. Attach fresh dill sprigs at the top to resemble carrot tops.
  5. Arrange on a white platter and serve chilled.
