For the Brownies:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
For the Glaze:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp seedless strawberry jam
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
For Garnish:
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- Whole strawberries, for decoration
Instructions
1. Prepare the Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, egg, and vegetable oil (or butter). Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Let cool completely before adding the glaze.
2. Make the Glaze
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, strawberry jam, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined and creamy.
3. Assemble & Serve
- Spread the glaze evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle with diced strawberries and decorate with whole strawberries if desired.
- Let set for 10-15 minutes, then slice into squares and enjoy!

- Make it Extra Sweet: Drizzle with white chocolate or add a dusting of extra powdered sugar.
