Description

This S’mores Sushi is a fun and creative dessert that transforms classic campfire flavors into bite-sized cake rolls. Featuring soft vanilla cake, gooey marshmallow creme, a chocolatey center, and a graham cracker crunch, this no-fire-needed treat is perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or fun baking with kids. Keywords: s’mores sushi, no-bake s’mores dessert, marshmallow cake roll, s’mores party treat, creative dessert recipe, chocolate marshmallow sushi.

Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought or homemade vanilla cake (sheet-style)

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff or creme

  • 6 chocolate chip cookies (or chopped chocolate bars)

  • 1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed

  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or ganache (for drizzle)

  • Optional: mini marshmallows (for extra gooey texture)

Instructions

  1. If baking from scratch, prepare and cool a thin sheet vanilla cake.

  2. Spread marshmallow fluff evenly across the cooled cake surface.

  3. Line up chocolate chip cookies or chopped chocolate along one edge of the cake.

  4. Carefully roll the cake into a log, using parchment or plastic wrap to help guide it tightly.

  5. Slice the cake roll into 1–2 inch thick sushi-like rounds.

  6. Top each piece with crushed graham crackers and a generous chocolate drizzle.

  7. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for firmer texture.

Notes

  • Use a serrated knife to cut clean slices.

  • Substitute cookies with mini chocolate bars for a richer center.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
