Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Meat:
    • 4 boneless pork chops
  • Dairy:
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spices & Seasonings:
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Garnish:
    • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork Chops:
    • Pat the pork chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Make the Sauce:
    • In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add to Slow Cooker:
    • Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the prepared garlic Parmesan sauce over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully covered.
  4. Cook:
    • Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove the pork chops from the slow cooker, spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the top, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Pair this dish with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or steamed rice for a complete meal.
  • For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the sauce to reduce slightly.
  • Bone-in pork chops can be used, but adjust the cooking time slightly as needed.
