- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and chicken broth into a slow cooker.
