- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
-
Prepare the mixture – In a large bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
-
Shape the patties – Form the mixture into 4-5 equal-sized patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes to help them firm up.

-
Serve and enjoy – Serve warm with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or aioli.
Notes
- Swap breadcrumbs for almond flour to make these low-carb/keto-friendly.
- Use fresh salmon (cooked and flaked) instead of canned for a fresher taste.
- Add chopped green onions or a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
