Instructions
1. Prepare the Strawberry Purée:
- Add the thawed strawberries to a blender.
- Pulse until smooth, creating a strawberry purée.
- Pour the purée into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
2. Mix the Punch:
- Add the chilled ginger ale to the pitcher.
- Slowly pour in the chilled champagne, stirring gently.
3. Serve & Garnish:
- Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries on the rim or floating in the punch.
