Description

These Ranch Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are the ultimate party appetizer! Packed with a savory, ranch-flavored cream cheese and ground beef filling, wrapped in flaky crescent dough, they’re quick, delicious, and perfect for any gathering or snack craving.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

For the Dough:

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, ranch seasoning mix, and salt and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and fully blended. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Assemble the Bites

  1. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into small squares, approximately 2×2 inches.
  2. Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto each square.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.

Step 3: Bake

  1. Arrange the crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Brush each piece with melted butter.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.

Step 4: Serve

  • Let cool slightly before serving. These bites are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven.

Notes

  • Cheesy Ranch Bites: Mix shredded cheddar or mozzarella into the filling for extra cheesiness.
  • Spicy Kick: Add diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
  • Vegetarian Option: Substitute the ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or a meat alternative.
  • Southwest Style: Incorporate corn, black beans, or green chilies into the filling for a Tex-Mex twist.
