- 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Blend: In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, walnuts, coconut, cinnamon, and cardamom until a sticky dough forms.
- Press & Chill: Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
- Slice & Serve: Cut into bars and store in an airtight container. Enjoy for iftar!

- For extra crunch, add chopped pistachios or cashews.
- For a chocolate twist, drizzle with melted dark chocolate before refrigerating.
