Description

These Ranch Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls are a quick and delicious appetizer or snack! Flaky crescent dough wraps around a creamy, ranch-flavored ground beef and cream cheese filling. Perfect for parties, game days, or anytime you need a savory treat!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Rolls:

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
    • Drain any excess grease, then return the beef to the skillet.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • Add the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder to the cooked beef.
    • Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Assemble the Crescent Rolls:
    • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
    • Place a small spoonful of the beef and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
    • Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to seal the filling. Place each roll on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush with Butter:
    • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter for a golden finish.
  • Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and flaky.
  • Serve:
    • Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Pair with ranch dressing for dipping if desired!

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Prepare the beef and cream cheese filling up to 1 day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Assemble and bake when ready.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
  • Variations: Add shredded cheddar cheese to the filling for extra flavor or swap ground beef for ground turkey or sausage.
