- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Rolls:
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
- Drain any excess grease, then return the beef to the skillet.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Add the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder to the cooked beef.
- Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat the Oven:

- Assemble the Crescent Rolls:
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a small spoonful of the beef and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to seal the filling. Place each roll on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with Butter:
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter for a golden finish.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and flaky.
- Serve:
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Pair with ranch dressing for dipping if desired!
