Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into even sticks, about 1/4 inch thick, for uniform cooking.
Step 3: Coat the Fries
- Place the sweet potato sticks in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat evenly.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.

- Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap (use two sheets if needed).
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
