Description

A rich, no-bake chocolate fudge with crispy Rice Krispies, infused with zesty orange flavors, and topped with luscious chocolate segments for a crunchy, indulgent treat. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet snack!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fudge Base:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

For the Topping:

  • 6 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup orange candy melts, melted (for drizzle)
  • Chocolate orange segments (for decoration)
  • Gold sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Make the Fudge Base:

    • In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and orange zest.
    • Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  • Assemble the Fudge:

    • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing it down evenly.
    • Pour the melted dark chocolate over the fudge and spread smoothly.
  • Decorate:

    • Drizzle melted orange candy melts over the top and swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
    • Press chocolate orange segments on top and sprinkle with gold sprinkles if using.
  • Chill & Serve:

    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
    • Slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use milk chocolate instead of dark for a sweeter variation.
  • Swap orange zest for orange extract if you want a stronger citrus flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
