    • 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
    • 1/2 lb pork belly strips
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Fries:
    • 1 lb potatoes, cut into fries
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • Salt, to taste
    • Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning
  • For the Dipping Sauce:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce for a spicy kick

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grill and Marinade:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the pork ribs, sausages, chicken, and pork belly strips separately.
  2. Grill the Meats:
    • Grill pork ribs for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • Grill sausages and pork belly strips for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
    • Grill chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, ensuring they’re cooked through.
  3. Cook the Fries:
    • Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato fries in vegetable oil and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Deep-Fry Method: Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the potatoes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
    • Season fries with salt and optional spices.
  4. Prepare the Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if desired). Stir until smooth.
  5. Assemble and Serve:
Arrange grilled meats and fries on a large platter. Add dipping sauce on the side and garnish with cucumber slices or lemon wedges for a fresh touch. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure all meats reach their safe internal temperatures for proper doneness.
  • Customize the fries’ seasoning to your preference, adding cayenne for heat or rosemary for an herby touch.
  • This dish pairs well with a fresh green salad or coleslaw for added balance.
