Description

A rich and melty sandwich featuring creamy Oka cheese, tender shredded chicken, and perfectly toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices rustic bread (sourdough or whole grain)
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz Oka cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sandwich:

    • Spread Dijon mustard on two slices of bread.
    • Layer with shredded chicken and sliced Oka cheese.
    • Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Butter the Bread:

    • Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  3. Grill to Perfection:

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
