- 4 slices rustic bread (sourdough or whole grain)
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 4 oz Oka cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions

Prepare the Sandwich:
- Spread Dijon mustard on two slices of bread.
- Layer with shredded chicken and sliced Oka cheese.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder.

Butter the Bread:
- Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.

- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
