- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the Ground Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
- Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and baby spinach. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
