- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash the baked potatoes in a large bowl.
2. Mix the Casserole Base:

- Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
