This Lemon Lush Dessert is a refreshing layered treat featuring a buttery pecan crust, a smooth cream cheese layer, tangy lemon pudding, and fluffy whipped topping. A cool, no-fuss dessert perfect for spring, summer, or anytime you’re craving citrusy sweetness.
Ingredients
For the crust:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
For the cream cheese layer:

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
For the lemon layer:

2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant lemon pudding mix

2 3/4 cups cold milk
For the topping:

1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

Chopped pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool completely.

Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.

In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes). Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Sprinkle chopped pecans on top before serving, if desired.
Notes

For extra lemon punch, use fresh lemon zest in the pudding layer.
