Description

These Layered Kiwi Watermelon Popsicles are a naturally sweet, eye-catching frozen dessert perfect for summer. Made with real fruit and no artificial coloring, each layer bursts with tropical flavor and vibrant color. Vegan, healthy, and fun to make, these pops are the ultimate refreshing treat for all ages.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh watermelon, chopped and seedless
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Kiwi Layer: Blend kiwi with 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds to fill one-third of the way. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Peach Layer: Blend peaches with 1 tablespoon of honey. Pour over the frozen kiwi layer, filling the next third of the mold. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
  3. Watermelon Layer: Blend watermelon with 1 tablespoon of honey. Pour over the peach layer to fill the molds completely.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  5. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness based on fruit ripeness; skip the honey for a no-added-sugar version.
  • For best results, use ripe, juicy fruits and freeze each layer thoroughly for clean separation.
  • Fun for kids and a great way to add more fruit into your day!
