Instructions

King Cake Latte:

  1. Brew 1 shot of espresso and mix it with vanilla syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Pour steamed milk over the espresso and stir gently.
  3. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of green, purple, and gold sugar for a festive finish.

King Cake Truffles:

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with crushed king cake until fully combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, then roll in Mardi Gras-colored sugar sprinkles.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
