Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Optional: garlic powder, herbs for flavor
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then stir in Greek yogurt and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll each into a flat circle.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve warm with garlic powder or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
Notes
For dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and butter with olive oil.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
