Instructions
1. Prepare the Jello
- In two separate bowls, prepare red and orange Jello according to package instructions.
- Refrigerate both until fully set, about 4 hours or overnight.
2. Chop the Fruit
- Slice the strawberries and drain the canned peaches and mandarins.
3. Mix the Salad
- In a large bowl, break up the set Jello into small cubes.
- Gently fold in the peaches, mandarin oranges, and strawberries.
- Add the Cool Whip, mixing until combined.
4. Add Mozzarella & Serve
- Sprinkle in the grated mozzarella cheese, folding it into the salad.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
