Description

This Jello Fruit Salad is a refreshing, creamy dessert made with fruity Jello, canned peaches, mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries, and Cool Whip. Instructions

1. Prepare the Jello

  • In two separate bowls, prepare red and orange Jello according to package instructions.
  • Refrigerate both until fully set, about 4 hours or overnight.

2. Chop the Fruit

  • Slice the strawberries and drain the canned peaches and mandarins.

3. Mix the Salad

  • In a large bowl, break up the set Jello into small cubes.
  • Gently fold in the peaches, mandarin oranges, and strawberries.
  • Add the Cool Whip, mixing until combined.

4. Add Mozzarella & Serve

  • Sprinkle in the grated mozzarella cheese, folding it into the salad.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
