Ingredients

For the Rolls:
- 8 oz block-style cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
- 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
Optional Garlic Butter Topping:
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and bacon (if using).
2. Roll & Cut the Dough
- Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough using a spatula.
- Starting with the longer side, roll the dough tightly to enclose the filling.
- Use a sharp knife or bench scraper to cut the roll into 14-16 pieces.
- Place the pieces filling-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake the Rolls
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
4. Make the Garlic Butter (Optional)
- While the rolls bake, melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.
- Stir in garlic powder and salt.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
- Remove rolls from the oven and brush with garlic butter (if using).
- Serve warm with ranch dressing or extra cheese dip.
Notes
- Make it Spicier: Add red pepper flakes or use fresh jalapeños instead of pickled.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
- Dipping Sauce Ideas: Try with ranch, queso, or a spicy sriracha mayo.
