Description

A smooth, homemade French vanilla creamer with a perfect balance of sweetness and vanilla flavor—better than store-bought!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk (or half-and-half for a creamier texture)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste for extra flavor)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

1. Heat the Base:

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Stir gently and heat until warm (do not let it boil).

2. Add the Vanilla:

  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste for a deeper flavor).

3. Cool & Store:

  • Let the creamer cool completely.
  • Transfer to a sealed jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

4. Use & Enjoy:

  • Shake well before each use.
  • Add to your coffee for a smooth, creamy vanilla flavor! ☕✨

Notes

  • Dairy-Free Option: Use almond milk + coconut cream instead of milk and heavy cream.
  • Extra Flavor: Add ½ tsp cinnamon or nutmeg for a cozy twist.
  • Storage: Keep refrigerated and shake before use as ingredients may separate.
