For the Cod:
- 4 pieces cod fillets

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
For the Glaze:

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
For Garnish:
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
Step 2: Marinate the Cod
- Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the glaze over them. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the Cod
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a light drizzle of sesame oil.
- Remove the cod from the marinade (discard used marinade) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 4: Add the Glaze & Serve
- Pour the remaining glaze over the cooked cod and let simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
