Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, milk, and oil until smooth.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat in 30-second intervals until the dough becomes translucent and sticky.
  3. Let cool slightly, then dust with cornstarch and knead until smooth.
  4. Flatten a small piece of dough and add a dollop of whipped cream and peach jam in the center.
  5. Carefully seal the edges to form a smooth ball, shaping it into a peach-like form.
  6. Lightly dust with powdered sugar or cornstarch for a soft finish.
