Description

These Grilled Peaches are the ultimate summer treat! Lightly caramelized with brown sugar and a hint of pumpkin pie spice, they’re juicy, sweet, and perfectly spiced. Serve them warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey for a simple yet elegant dessert that will impress everyone.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches (halved and pits removed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with the sugar and spice mixture.

Grill the Peaches

  1. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes until grill marks form and the peaches begin to caramelize.
  2. Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2–3 minutes on the skin side, just to warm through.

Serve

  1. Remove from the grill and serve warm. Optionally, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with honey for added sweetness.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches to prevent them from becoming too mushy on the grill.
  • Experiment with spices like cinnamon or nutmeg if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice.
  • This dish can also be made indoors using a grill pan.
