Description

This Greek yogurt dressing is creamy, tangy, and incredibly versatile! It’s perfect for salads, as a dip, or drizzled over roasted veggies. Made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and fresh thyme, this healthy homemade dressing is a lighter alternative to traditional creamy dressings.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for the creamiest texture)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and fresh thyme.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For a thinner consistency, add a splash of water or extra lemon juice.
  • Swap thyme for oregano or dill for a different flavor twist.
  • Perfect for Greek salads, wraps, grain bowls, or as a dip for veggies!
