  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for best texture)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp sesame or poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the Dough:

  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

3️⃣ Shape the Bagels:

  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  • Roll each into a log and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.

4️⃣ Egg Wash & Toppings:

  • Brush bagels with beaten egg.

5️⃣ Bake:

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

6️⃣ Enjoy!
