Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the Dough:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
3️⃣ Shape the Bagels:
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each into a log and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.
4️⃣ Egg Wash & Toppings:
- Brush bagels with beaten egg.
