- Metal or wooden skewers (soaked if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
