- 1 (13 oz) can pizza dough (found in the refrigerated section)
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 3 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prep the Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Open the pizza dough and lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 12 equal strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot shape, tucking the ends underneath.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix together:
- Melted butter
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Set aside 1½ tablespoons of the mixture for later.
3. Bake the Garlic Knots:
- Brush the remaining butter mixture over the dough knots.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Finish & Serve:
- Brush the reserved butter mixture over the baked garlic knots.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
