Description

Refreshing, naturally sweet, and bursting with patriotic colors—these homemade popsicles are the perfect cool treat for summer celebrations like Memorial Day and the 4th of July!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries (or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons water

White Layer:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blue Layer:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Red Layer – Blend strawberries, honey, and water until smooth. Pour evenly into popsicle molds, filling ⅓ of the way. Freeze for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the White Layer – Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Pour over the frozen red layer, filling another ⅓ of the mold. Freeze for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare the Blue Layer – Blend blueberries, honey, and water until smooth. Pour over the white layer, filling to the top. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until fully set.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles, then enjoy this festive frozen treat!


Notes

  • Swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt to make it dairy-free.
  • Use maple syrup or agave as a vegan-friendly sweetener.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice to each fruit layer for extra freshness.
  • For a creamy twist, mix coconut milk into the fruit layers!
