Instructions
- Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the Parfait: In a serving glass, layer the ricotta mixture, sliced bananas, raspberries, grapes, and orange segments.
- Repeat & Drizzle: Repeat the layers and drizzle with extra honey on top.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh mint and serve immediately.
