Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup orange segments
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Layer the Parfait: In a serving glass, layer the ricotta mixture, sliced bananas, raspberries, grapes, and orange segments.
  3. Repeat & Drizzle: Repeat the layers and drizzle with extra honey on top.
  4. Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh mint and serve immediately.
