- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
For Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oreo Crust:
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined.
- Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
2. Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread evenly over the chilled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Make the Ganache:
- Heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling, then pour over chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth and glossy, then let cool slightly.
- Pour over the pie filling and spread evenly.
4. Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
