Description

This French Silk Pie features a buttery Oreo crust, a rich creamy filling, and a smooth chocolate ganache, all topped with fluffy whipped cream and chocolate shavings. A perfect no-bake dessert!

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Creamy Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

For Garnish:

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Prepare the Oreo Crust:

  • Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined.
  • Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

2. Make the Filling:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spread evenly over the chilled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Make the Ganache:

  • Heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling, then pour over chocolate chips.
  • Stir until smooth and glossy, then let cool slightly.
  • Pour over the pie filling and spread evenly.

4. Chill & Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
