- 1 (1-ounce) packet Au Jus Gravy Mix

- 16 slices Provolone Cheese
Refrigerated Dough
- 2 (8-ounce) packages Crescent Roll Dough
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare Dough
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Assemble the Crescents
- Place 1 slice of provolone cheese and 2-3 slices of roast beef onto each dough triangle.
- Roll up from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent shape.
3. Bake
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Make the Au Jus Dip
- While the crescents are baking, prepare the au jus according to package instructions.
5. Serve & Enjoy
- Serve the warm crescents with a side of au jus for dipping.
