Description

These French Dip Crescents are an easy and delicious 4-ingredient handheld sandwich made with buttery crescent rolls, thin-sliced roast beef, and melty provolone cheese. Perfect for a quick appetizer, lunch, or dinner, and ready in less than 30 minutes!

  • 1 (16-ounce) package Deli Roast Beef, thinly sliced

Baking & Spices

  • 1 (1-ounce) packet Au Jus Gravy Mix

Dairy

  • 16 slices Provolone Cheese

Refrigerated Dough

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages Crescent Roll Dough

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare Dough

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

2. Assemble the Crescents

  • Place 1 slice of provolone cheese and 2-3 slices of roast beef onto each dough triangle.
  • Roll up from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent shape.

3. Bake

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Make the Au Jus Dip

  • While the crescents are baking, prepare the au jus according to package instructions.

5. Serve & Enjoy

  • Serve the warm crescents with a side of au jus for dipping.
