- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions
1. Bake the Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with green cupcake liners (or your favorite team colors).
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
2. Make the Frostings
- In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Remove ¼ cup of frosting and set aside for the white football laces.
- To the remaining frosting, add cocoa powder and milk, beating until smooth and creamy.
3. Decorate the Football Cupcakes
- Using a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the tip cut off), pipe the brown frosting onto each cupcake in an oval shape to resemble a football.
- Use the reserved white frosting to pipe football laces on top.
