Instructions
- Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until light and creamy.
- Add Flour: Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape & Bake: Roll dough into small rounds and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool.
- Decorate: Dip each cookie halfway into melted white chocolate, then place on parchment paper.
- Add Gold Flakes: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with edible gold flakes for a luxurious finish.
- Set & Serve: Let the chocolate set before arranging the cookies on an elegant bridal platter.
