Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the shell and gently pull the meat up, resting it on top of the shell.
- Make the lemon butter sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the lobster: Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Broil the lobster: Place the lobster tails on the baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster is golden, slightly charred, and opaque.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra freshness.
Notes
- For extra browning and caramelization, baste the lobster with more butter halfway through broiling.
- Use a meat thermometer—lobster is done when it reaches 140°F (60°C) internally.
- Pair with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Swap paprika for cayenne pepper if you like a spicier kick.
