Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil and water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
Step 2: Shape & Cook
- Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces and roll each into a thin, round flatbread.
