Units Scale
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint or cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk the yogurt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add chopped cucumber, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt, and green chili (if using).
  • Stir in fresh mint or cilantro and mix well.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding a little water if needed.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and mix again.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cumin powder and a few cucumber pieces.
