  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 4 medium potatoes (sliced)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Layer Potatoes & Chicken – Arrange half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add half of the shredded chicken on top.
  • Make the Sauce – In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Assemble the Casserole – Pour half of the sauce over the first layer. Add the remaining potatoes, chicken, and sauce. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake – Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
