- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Artichokes:
- Place the drained artichoke hearts in a bowl and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Coat the Artichokes:

- In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Dip & Coat:
- Dip each artichoke quarter into the butter mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place coated artichokes on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake Until Crispy:
- Bake for 18 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even browning.
