- 2 cups fresh mango puree
- 1 cup diced mango chunks
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 packet digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Mango syrup (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the base: Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of a serving dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Make the creamy filling: In a bowl, beat chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract, mango puree, and condensed milk. Gently fold until smooth.
- Layer the dessert: Pour half of the mango cream mixture over the biscuit base. Add a layer of diced mangoes. Pour the remaining mango cream mixture on top.
- Garnish: Swirl mango syrup on top for a decorative effect.
