Description

This Creamy Cottage Cheese Caesar Dressing is a healthier twist on the classic! Made with protein-packed cottage cheese, parmesan, and a hint of lemon, it’s gluten-free, creamy, and flavorful—perfect for salads, veggie dips, or as a spread. Quick and easy to make in just 10 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash of black pepper

Instructions

  • Blend Until Smooth – In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, almond milk, parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle in Olive Oil – While blending, slowly add olive oil to create a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Taste & Adjust – Adjust seasoning if needed, adding more lemon juice or salt to taste.
  • Chill & Serve – Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy over salads, as a dip, or a sandwich spread!
