- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions
- Blend Until Smooth – In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, almond milk, parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle in Olive Oil – While blending, slowly add olive oil to create a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Taste & Adjust – Adjust seasoning if needed, adding more lemon juice or salt to taste.
- Chill & Serve – Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy over salads, as a dip, or a sandwich spread!
