Pasta:

  • 16 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Sauce:

  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Other:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce:

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
  3. Stir in cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Mix in sour cream, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3. Assemble the Casserole:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded rotisserie chicken, and creamy sauce. Mix until well coated.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

4. Top with Cheese & Bake:

  1. Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
