- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend Cottage Cheese: Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
- Make Dough: In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
- Shape Bagels: Divide dough into 4 equal portions, roll each into a rope, and form into bagel shapes.
- Egg Wash & Seasoning: Brush each bagel with beaten egg, then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
- If the dough is too sticky, add a little extra flour.
- No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1 ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt.
