  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend Cottage Cheese: Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  • Make Dough: In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
  • Shape Bagels: Divide dough into 4 equal portions, roll each into a rope, and form into bagel shapes.
  • Egg Wash & Seasoning: Brush each bagel with beaten egg, then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.

Notes

  • If the dough is too sticky, add a little extra flour.
  • No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1 ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt.
