- Add Flavor: Mix in vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until the mixture is firm enough to scoop.
- Shape the Truffles: Using a spoon or melon baller, scoop small portions and roll into smooth balls with your hands.
- Coat in Cocoa Powder: Roll each truffle in unsweetened cocoa powder to coat evenly.
