- 4 New England-style hot dog buns

Prepare the Lobster Salad:
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, celery, red onion, and chives.
- Stir gently to combine.

- Brush the sides of the hot dog buns with melted butter.
- Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

- Fill each toasted bun generously with the lobster salad.

- For extra richness, use buttered brioche buns instead of hot dog buns.
